Member Resources

CONVENTION
Participate in long-range planning and provide input on content and activities for the DAR Annual Convention that will meet the needs of the membership and DAR.
FINANCE
Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and the performance of the organization in meeting its budgeted revenues and expenses.
Standard FORMS
Analyze the standard real estate forms to determine if they meet the needs of DAR members, and recommend to the Board of Directors any changes to standard forms and form delivery methods.
PUBLIC POLICY
Appraisal, Rental/Housing, Commercial and Industrial, State and Local Taxation, Land Use and Environmental Issues, Regulatory and Legal Review.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Recommend education opportunities, plan GRI, and leadership programs.
tASK fORCE
Work on issues that may arise and require attention to a singular task; each short-term task force is dissolved when the task is completed.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
Recommend a new strategic plan to the DAR Board of Directors as needed, and monitor implementation of the current plan.
