Eddie Barksdale, Broker/Owner of Barksdale & Affiliates Realty, has been a leader in the Delaware real estate market since earning his license in 2006. He established his brokerage in 2016 to serve both Delaware and Maryland, guided by his vision of community-focused service. Eddie has held multiple leadership roles within the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®, including Treasurer, Vice President, and Board Director, while also serving on committees such as Diversity and Inclusion and Public Policy. Beyond real estate, Eddie founded the James Robert Barksdale Foundation in 2023 to support individuals struggling with addiction and mental health, and he actively gives back to his community by providing holiday meals and gifts to families in need.
