Active members can get a vanity plate with a “REALTOR® R” and personalized numbers! Fill out the form below to start the process.

After sending a request, expect to get a response from us with the DMV application and number list. Then you’ll send back the completed form, numbers of your choice, a copy of your vehicle registration, a $10 check to DAR for the admin fee, and a $10 check to DMV for the plate. The vanity plate will be in your mailbox soon after!
