The Delaware REALTORS® Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emergency assistance to both REALTOR® members and the greater Delaware community during times of critical need. Whether it’s a natural disaster, prolonged illness, or another unexpected crisis, the Foundation steps in to offer vital support when it’s needed most.

Application Requirements and Funding Discretion

Individual applications for REALTOR® members must demonstrate critical need and provide proper supporting documentation showing the extent of financial hardship due to prolonged illness, natural disaster, catastrophic event or accident, or similar occurrence beyond the control of the party requesting assistance. The Delaware REALTORS® Care Foundation is not designed to cover routine business expenses.
Community donations will be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
