We are seeking personal stories that highlight the real-world implications of specific legislative issues. Your experiences can provide powerful insights that resonate with lawmakers. Here are a few areas where your stories can make a difference: 

1. Client Knowledge Gaps: Have you had clients who struggled due to a lack of knowledge about the buying or selling process? What are the most common knowledge gaps you see with clients? How did this impact their experience and the transaction? 

2. Buyer-Seller Disputes: Have you witnessed disputes between buyers and sellers that led to a deal falling through? What were the key issues, and how could legislative changes help prevent such outcomes? 

3. Fair Housing Issues: Do you have stories related to fair housing disputes? Whether it’s discrimination or other barriers, your experiences can shed light on necessary changes to promote equality and fairness in housing.
