A new Statewide Sales Agreement for Delaware is now available. The new sales agreement incorporates the new Agency Law signed into law in June 2006 and in effect as of July 2007. It also coincides with the recently released Consumer Information Statement from the Delaware Real Estate Commission.

Please replace any former draft copies you may have with this final “Agreement of Sale for Delaware Residential Property” last updated on September 4, 2007. The new statewide sales agreement goes into effect September 17, 2007.
