The Delaware Association of REALTORS^® recently received its 5-year accreditation for the Graduate REALTOR^® Institute (GRI) program.

The NEW and IMPROVED GRI is a six-module designation course. Each 2-day GRI module is only $195 and offers 15 CE credits. Modules may be taken in any order.

DAR offers 3 modules annually. These modules are scheduled for 2008:

January 22 - 23, 2008:   GRI 401
May 19 - 20, 2008:   GRI 101
October 16 - 17, 2008:   GRI 601

GRI Modules:

GRI 101: Planning & Developing a Real Estate Business
      CRS 200 can be used as a substitute

GRI 201: Financial Fundamentals
      CRS 204 can be used as a substitute

GRI 301: Working With Buyers and Sellers
      The following can be used as a substitute:
      CRS 201, CRS 202, ABR, CRB, SRES, SRS

GRI 401: Becoming Techno Savvy
      CRS 206 or the e-PRO can be used as a substitute

GRI 501: Professional Development
      No substitute

GRI 601: Everything Legal: What You Should Know
      No substitute

Please note that substitute courses are generally not priced the same as GRI modules. No more than 2 course substitutes are permitted for any GRI designation.
