Dear REALTOR® Member,
As a member of the Delaware Association of REALTORS®, I would like to tell you about a new program that your Association is launching. Part of our mission is to increase REALTOR® participation and influence in the political process in order to protect your business interests. To help achieve that goal, DAR has launched a voter registration drive among our members.
While nationally 73% of all REALTORS® are registered to vote, we would like to do better. In checking the information we have against the state voter file, we could not confirm that you are registered to vote. While you may be registered, we would like you to consider taking one of the following actions:
If you know that you are not registered and would like to REGISTER TO VOTE, it has never been easier. Just go to http://www.realtoractioncenter.com/voter_registration/register-to-vote.html and register. It's that simple.
If you believe you ARE ALREADY REGISTERED to vote, congratulations! We would appreciate your help in keeping our files up to date by going to http://www.realtoractioncenter.com/voter_registration/reg-vote-form.html and confirming your registration. Many times, we have only a business address on file, and this would explain why we could not match you to the state voter file.
If you are NOT SURE IF YOU ARE REGISTERED, we may be able to help determine your registration status. Go to http://www.realtoractioncenter.com/voter_registration/voter-reg-data-notsure.html and answer just a few questions. We can check your information against the state voter file and get back to you in just a few days. Of course, you can always contact your local Board of Elections or Secretary of State's office to determine your registration status.
You may also want to bookmark the REALTOR® Action Center web site address, as you can also use it to obtain an absentee ballot should you need it for early voting.
